Help to identify which replacement part I need

Hello, the other day I let my G300 fall down on the concrete and now the screen has a big crack on it.

The phone is fully functional, no part of the screen are black and also every part of the touchscreen seems to be working correctly.

So this is not urgent but I'd like to fix it.

Could you help me to understand what I am supposed to by? Screen? Digitalizer? Anything else?
