Guest only1carra Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 Finaly managed to get the RootG300 file to work after many attempts and phone is now rooted. For some reason when first did it the black screen would just flash for a split second and the phone wouldnt reboot, I tried on another machine and now it works! Unfortunately the Bootloader and Clockwork Batch files are doing the same thing with the black screen and just flashing for a split second. Not getting anywhere with the and feel like im banging my head against a brick wall. have tried various methods both on modaco and huaweig300.com with no joy. Phone has been in developer and usb mass storage mode and evry other mode possible! I currently have b936 and baseband 2030 if that helps PLEASE HELP GUYS! Thanks

Guest Hogweed Posted September 21, 2012 Report Posted September 21, 2012 (edited) What state is the phone in when you are trying to install CWM? Booted or in Bootloader? Exactly what method are you using to install CWM? Manually or with a batch file and if so which one? Automated method at http://www.modaco.co...-and-i-cant-do/ (Step 3). More ICS specific scripts at https://docs.google....-aeM/edit?pli=1 EDIT: From other thread I see you may have driver problems. Can you try another PC? Edited September 21, 2012 by Hogweed
