Cant install CWMOD recovery or Bootloader

Finaly managed to get the RootG300 file to work after many attempts and phone is now rooted.

For some reason when first did it the black screen would just flash for a split second and the phone wouldnt reboot, I tried on another machine and now it works!

Unfortunately the Bootloader and Clockwork Batch files are doing the same thing with the black screen and just flashing for a split second. Not getting anywhere with the and feel like im banging my head against a brick wall. have tried various methods both on modaco and huaweig300.com with no joy. Phone has been in developer and usb mass storage mode and evry other mode possible!

I currently have b936 and baseband 2030 if that helps

You have run unlockbootloader.exe I take it? Guide at http://www.modaco.com/topic/355583-guide-how-to-install-and-root-ics-403-on-the-g300/

yes the phone is rooted after I ran the root file. The SU app is now there and it is rooted but I cant install the bootloader and clockwork batch file. Just get the black screen for a split secdond so dont have a clue whats going wrong here

have managed to run the bootloader file now and phone restarted but now just get the black screen saying waiting for device when installing clockwork mod recovery. Stumped and trie waiting the 10 mins etc????

What state is the phone in when you are trying to install CWM? Booted or in Bootloader? Exactly what method are you using to install CWM? Manually or with a batch file and if so which one? EDIT: From other thread I see you may have driver problems. Can you try another PC?

I was using the batch files from huaweig300.com

I transfered the files to a usb memory stick and ran from there and it worked!
