CWM does nothing

Hi guys, After rooting my phone unlocking boot loader all is well, when I install cwm it seems to install and when I reboot holding vol button down it is there. However when I go to install from sd card etc all I get is the cwm hat and it does nothing else. Any thoughts please

Are you pressing the "home" button to select? It's not the power button as on some phones.

First of al its button up on this phone not down.

Are you navigating up and down with the volume buttons and using the home button to select.?

If not that's you're problem.
