[ICS] Applications not shown until after reboot

I'm having a small problem with my apps. I've recently updated my Huawei G300 to ICS 4.0.3 b934 and when I install an application from Google Play it does not appear in my app list until after I reboot the phone.

Could anyone please give me a solution to this? I'm open to ideas as long as they don't involve a hammer :)) :D
