Why is Modaco forum always so slow?

Why is Modaco forum always so slow? This is not a negative criticism, but I am wondering why it's always so sluggish... or even offline at times (and often). Is there anything you can do?

It's not just today, it's always happening... it's been like this for well over a year. I'm just wondering why... I don't think it would be helpful to jump to conclusions or criticise anyone, I just think it's a bit strange for a sponsored site to continuall have such ongoing issues, that is all. Maybe it's the hosting company - cloudflare - they always seem to crawl.

Then again, maybe Paul's hosting it from a Nexus 1 ^_^ which would explain it.

You're new here, and so I would think it unlikely you've had much experience of whether it's fast or slow, regularly. It's a bit better now, but *still* lagging and going offline frequently... not what you'd expect from a site with years of experience.
