Did you make a backup with ClockwordMod before you installed the kernel?

If so then just restore the boot.img from the backup.

No I didn't :(

I guess I'll just have to reinstall infusion. I'm an idiot :D

I had the same problem. I solved it by installing geno kolar's kernel .

You can freely flash boot images, providing they're for the same base ROM. Boot images contain the kernel and ramdisk and require no wiping.

You can get the default kernel by opening up the infusion zip in 7zip, copy out the boot.ini, then replace the boot.ini in the omegamoon zip. Just make sure you don't unzip the omegamoon zip first, do the replacing in 7zip directly.
