Guest The-Bledard Posted September 30, 2012 Report Posted September 30, 2012 (edited) Hi all, I was wondering if installing fonts through ADB (push) was possible ? I mean, the preboot check would block or not. In fact, the Arabic/Farsi/Urdu fonts were missing... Thank you very much ! Edited September 30, 2012 by The-Bledard
Guest The-Bledard Posted September 30, 2012 Report Posted September 30, 2012 Okay, thanks for your reply
Guest Simon O Posted October 11, 2012 Report Posted October 11, 2012 Also if you need Arabic support then the OS needs to have that support built in when it was built. Most of the time this is left out as it adds bloat for devices sold in non-Arabic countries.
Guest The-Bledard Posted October 11, 2012 Report Posted October 11, 2012 I needed it only for the keyboard and the display of webpages. I've updated to ICS and now it supports :-).

Guest The-Bledard Posted October 12, 2012 Report Posted October 12, 2012 Yes, unlike before, now text is written right to left.

Guest The-Bledard Posted October 13, 2012 Report Posted October 13, 2012 Stock keyboard, check these screenshots (I don't write in Arabic but in Urdu, in fact it is almost the same alphabet) :
