rom with aroma installer need help baseband 2030

question have a rom with aroma installer and choice of two kernals in it ,is their any way to change the chinese install languge.probaly wrong thread but some one might let me no .

i have it installed.

i have the choice of two kernals

stock kernal and geno kernal.

i just need the META-INF folder its not very big, when you get a chance just open the zip with winrar and extract that folder to your desktop and upload it
