G300 updated to last vodafone OTA VERY slow. Any idea?

Hi guys,

I was pretty tired of waiting an official update from Vodafone and I decided to update my G300 to the lasted OTA I found in this thread:

The update process succeded but my phone is incredible laggy. I knew that, ATM, there's no openGL HW support but, compared to this video

my experience is very different.

At moment my phone is running an untouched version of the vodafone B936. Could please someone advise me what I need to do to improve my UI?

I solved many lag problems by moving all apps to SD Card and clear Cache.

Remove some of this unneeded homescreens and widgets helps quite a bit. Its a bad build so not much can b done. Over clock kernel may help u also
