Hi,

It happens to me now and then, sometimes I've to tap a few times on an icon to make it work! I had Samsung Galaxy Ace, I sold it and bought g300, g300 is undoubtedly a way better phone but I'm not happy with the touch screen. I never had to double tap on Galaxy ace, maybe I'll get used it or something. Do any of you experience this? Can I do something to improve this?

I'm running ICS 4.0(updated officially)

Huawei spent many man years researching new and exciting ways to maim ics on the g300. Most impressive is the "I think it's ok now" feature Which brilliantly gets the users hopes up just before it launches an innovative and epic failure mode.

Do you blame the ICS update for this? I think I was having this issue with 2.3.6 too.

I want to know if other users are also experiencing this.

Honestly, i was just poking fun at a serious topic. I don't remember gb having the "how many times do i need to tap the soft button before it either works or officially stops responding" problem.

Current Vodafone GingerBread ROMs don't have the unresponsive buttons problem but it was a "feature" at launch that took a while to fix with an update,

Happens to me if I overload it. I take it as a queue that I should uninstall or disable some features of some apps to de kludge.
