Guest ram11 Posted October 7, 2012 Report Posted October 7, 2012 I have an Orange San Francisco which is more than 16 months old and out of warranty. The bottom part of the touchscreen is nonresponsive. I mean, a most of the areas on the touchscreen (i.e. where the slide option is). Rest are ok. Is there a way to repair it? I have reset the phone to no success. How can I resolve it? Heard that EU has 2 year warranty laws. If so, how can I enforce it. Please let me know. Thanks
