Cant delete message

My homescreen always shows that i have 1 message, i went through the folders and had 300 items in deleted items, i emptied the folder and there is one message that cant get deleted, all the other folders are empty, this happened when i used the sms program to move messages to outlook

can anyone help

The renaming of cemail.vol method does work, but you loose your messages
