cant install software

i have just ot a SPV today, every time I try to install software, I get an error saying "Install failed, u do not have permission, please contact your service provider".

Any ideas, this is bugging me now.

Hi,

I am trying to install

Smartss (a screen shot tool)

and

Smartris (a tetris game)

I got another message saying that the software is not digatly certificate signed, I have looked around settings but can't seem to see anything.

Hi and welcome :lol:

Have you decerted your phone? as these apps have not been signed

so they will not work unless your phone is decerted,

You can either go to orange's developersite (sorry no link at the moment)

Or the way I prefer is the excellent app by Will found here
