Well all i had to dive in and update to ics through the simple tutorial on here,thanks author ;)

I have to say it seems like ive been teleported to the future,its sleek and super smooth,just so much ahead of that crappy gingerbread.

I would just like to thanks everyone on hear with the knowledge and helpfulness to get me away from GB.

nope, not a scratch, scuff, or anything. However there is a slightly paler square remaining which is hardly noticeable. Imagine you left a table on the grass for a week. When you remove the table, the grass underneath is slightly paler.

I scratched mine off impatiantly and scratched the hell out of it lol, but it is better than that uggly logo and besides I have the case on which covers the back. I tried sugar, worked fine on my skate and g300 but not so well on my OSD.

Phew, I thought I had a duff magnetic sensor AFTER installing ICS, it was wandering all over the place. I didn't know you had to calibrate it first.

For anyone one else who didn't know this(I'm hoping I'm not the only idiot) it's under System Settings/Sensor Calibration. Don't forget to rotate the phone while waving it in a figure of eight, otherwise you'll be there all night(well, 5 minutes in my case :blush:). The tricky bit is not touching the screen or buttons while doing it(and not dropping it of course).
