Thought I would share these two cases I found on ebay, very premium looking, a little on the expensive side.

I am going for the flip one when pay day comes around, as I use a screen off app which auto turns screen on/off when sensor is covered/uncovered and bypasses lockscreen too.

Yep that is one, works well once you figure out the best setup, I just use the auto on/off option when using my case so screen comes on as soon as taken out of case.
