I'm a total noob, I have downloaded all the Aio files but I've got no idea how to use it.

If I open the Aio Auto for Xolo it says device not found.

Put it in droidboot mode then try it. Power on and volume down

It still says error: Device not Found.

Have you got the Xolo ICS update.zip file in C:\SanDiego\tools\bricked (on windows 32bit it should be 306,356KB in size)?

First close down the tool and use task manager to make sure there isn't any instances of adb running, if there is kill them. Presuming you've got the Intel drivers installed (have you been able to access the phone before?) run the fix brick option.

and then if I rebbot I'm still stuck at the xolo logo

Control, Alt, Delete. Task manager. Kill ADB (Both if need be)
