Guest kingdom master Posted February 17, 2003 Report Posted February 17, 2003 anyone remember the green screened monitor, amstrad 464 would it be possible to put these games on the spv? roll on harrier attack :)
Guest amo Posted February 17, 2003 Report Posted February 17, 2003 That would be awesome! I used to love my amstrad 464!!! I always wished i could upgrade to the newer colour monitor though :) This wouldnt be resouce hungry at all! Someone do it!!! My fave must have been california games though.
Guest budda Posted February 18, 2003 Report Posted February 18, 2003 Yeah my Amstrad464, 6128 and GX4000 ruled back then :-) However I think it would be better if the current emulators already at Alpha stage are developed and polished off first. Gnuboy is slow at fading between screens with color ROMS still - for example.
Guest jrdwthomas Posted February 18, 2003 Report Posted February 18, 2003 Yeah the cpc 464 rules. I had one of those green screen tape deck lovelies! Harrier attack or Oh Mummy were pretty cool not forgetting jet set willy. Finally rainbow island - which always looked a little funny on my green screen monitor. I'd love it if there were an emulator for the spv. Maybe i'd finally be able to see what the games looked like in colour!! :)
Guest mashkhan Posted February 18, 2003 Report Posted February 18, 2003 I thought I was the only one....Oh the shame of only been able to play my CPC464 games in mono
Guest phunni Posted December 13, 2005 Report Posted December 13, 2005 If I could play Oh Mummy or Rainbow Island on my SPV I'd be a very happy man...
Guest Sprint Media Posted December 29, 2005 Report Posted December 29, 2005 yes i agree, please som1 make it
Guest mike-oh Posted December 29, 2005 Report Posted December 29, 2005 (edited) I had the CPC with disc drive 8) and eventually the colour adaptor so so i could run it through the tele. Who remembers TurricanI & II or the James Bond trilogy? ;) Edited January 8, 2006 by mike-oh
Guest mike-oh Posted January 8, 2006 Report Posted January 8, 2006 (edited) Your prayers have been answered?! http://www.clickgamer.com/moreinfo.htm?pid=4079§ion=PPC Although it's for PPC. and bugger me if i can actually find any games (that i legitimately own(ed)) for it anywhere! Guest Griff_FFOC Posted January 13, 2006 Report Posted January 13, 2006 not sure if any of this is useful: ftp://ftp.nvg.unit.no/pub/cpc/
Guest j_Duqueno Posted January 13, 2006 Report Posted January 13, 2006 (edited) Everybody knows the C64 is way better. Found an emulator called Pocket Hobbit for smartphone 2002/2003 but haven't tried it yet: http://www.christian-schlatter.de/ http://www.sda-forum.de/thread.php?threadi...3b55bfc6&page=5 Don't think it has QVGA support yet.... ;) Edited January 13, 2006 by j_Duqueno
Guest Cescone Posted April 2, 2006 Report Posted April 2, 2006 BTW PocketCaprice is working *perfectly* on my QTEK 8310. Unfortunately is not possible to load anything withouth a touch screen ;)
Guest Johnny Rico Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 I thought PocketCaprice (CPC emulator) would be playable with my SPV C600 but it was made for Pocket Pc with the pen and all the virtual cursor made for smartphone don't work with it...(it runs as well :) )
