[Q] ZTE V875 / TMN Smart A7

Hello! I know this forum is for Blade, but I have a similar situation concerning the amount of RAM of these these models.

The situation:

I have a ZTE V875. This model is sold by VIVO operator only here in Brazil. In Portugal, the same (i guess they are the same) model is sold by TMN, but the name is Smart A7. The difference between they is CPU and RAM: V875 has 600MHz and 160Mb RAM, and A7 have 800MHz and 512Mb RAM.

Reading some old topics here, I see the same situation: some Blades have 256Mb of RAM, others have 512Mb. Is a SOFTWARE LOCK, and this lock is removed after an update. I have downloaded the update to try to understand how the update removes the lock, but is a complete ROM and I don't know wich file changes (or remove) the RAM lock.

So, the question: HOW I can compare the hardware specs of A7 / V875, to verify if V875 have or not a RAM lock like the Blades?? Or... HOW you have discovered a way to unlock it??

I'll just flash the TMN original ROM into my phone, but before I do this I wanna your opinions...

I flashed the TMN ROM, and my phone just don't boot. It keep restarting just after the green android appears. I flashed it with DFU mode, and now it is ok.

Any ideas??
