Newbie question: repackaging flashable ROM zip to remove and add apps

Hi there!

I'm feeling kinda sad for the lack of attention that the chinese Samsung S3 ROM gets in here, and I've decided to do something that might not be too difficult for a patient newbie: take out of the flashable zip for this ROM all the chinese apps, and adding a keyboard, android or otherwise, not included, and perhaps adding other apps.

I guess that could be the easier bit, because I guess making it then install and work well might be more complicated and not so obvious. What additional changes would I need to make?

After that, what would be the best way to upload this to the community?

i would ask cyda for help as i am not doing anything about it anymore .you are welcome to use all the stuff on my thread .i havent got the time to try anything .i will watch and hope you can do something better than me just posting updates.
