Which stable ROMs allow video recording?

I know that video recording is broken in ColdFusionX 2 (and has been for many, many months as far as I can tell).

Which stable ROMs allow video recording? Just the stock Orange ROM (Android 2.x)?

just use one of the GB roms like h3 blues, mokee or atomic. they are fully stable for video recording

I can use C3C0's Cyanogenmod 7.2.0 just fine with DailyRoads Voyager (a dash camera app), yet Paranoidandroid 1.6a couldn't handle anything but laggy and sometimes broken recording.

C3C0's CyanogenMod 9.1.0 reporting in. Video recording works perfectly.
