Phone sounds disappear

Hello,

I am sorry for my bad english, but i have a problem. My phone stopped makes sounds (ringtones, notification). I can hear the caller and they can heart me, but other sounds are not heard. Please hellp me.

Check the media sound volume, if it is not on minimum it's probably a hardware malfunction, take it to the repair service.
