SD Download Failed - SW_VER_INVALID

Hi Guys

Just got my S120 back from Acer Repair for randomly switching off, they've replace the motherboard.

Just trying to put gingerbread, recovery, rom etc...

Stuck at 1st step.

I put acer_ug from Acer_LiquidMT_3.026.01_EMEA-GEN1_03.26.02

Got into SD Download Mode and then get the following error

OSBL Version=A4-03.32.01

Then few lines of stuff

Comparing, Original Ver 4.000.12 New Ver:3.026.01

SD Image Download Procedure...FailedSW_VER_INVALID

Any ideas?

Answering my own post, it seems i need a newer acer_ug, most likely Acer_LiquidMT_4.000.12

But I cant find Acer_LiquidMT_4.000.12 anywhere?

Ignore, found. Wasnt on first page of bins and couldnt find on google, but found it on acer.

OK i got OS_Acer_4.000.13.EMEA.GEN1_A23G_A from acer website but how do i extract the acer_ug folder for my sd card? The OS_Acer_4.000.13.EMEA.GEN1_A23G_A just has the msi for USB install.
