help needed - contacts on b944 (any rom)

So I have this weird problem with contacts. I import my contacts from a vcf file into phone memory. When I restart my phone all contacts are moved into my google account. If I import them agian into phone memory and restart - they will just move again and duplicate in my google account (on the phone). And i am not even using sync or anything, I just made a google account to be able to use store.

If I go back to b926/b927 kernel and/or rom, everything is fine.

What gives? o.O

there have been a few threads started about contacts, look through any thread on the first couple of pages with 'contacts' in the title and you may find your answer, apart from that I got no idea.

just save them to the sim card that way they're always there

I don't have the option to import to sim in GO Contacts, only gmail account or phone memory :S Besides, my SIM is like 10 years old lol, can only store up to 100 or so contacts and I have ~500
