ext 4 problem

When i install I rom like like SS RLS7 or another one. Than I have always the same problem:

when I wanna download a game he say that he has not enough space, and the app is only 18mb and I have 54mb free space.

But now i know it is from te apps that is extported to my ext.

Is there someone who can help me?

And with other roms I don't have a problem but than they don't use my ext.

Like CM7 , konstat cm9 or CM10 , cyanmobile
