SAR rating for zte libra?

Hello,

Anyone knows the sar rating for zte libra?

My manual says 1,4 w/kg.

But i found this manual in the internet that says 1,1w/kg.

I have portuguese zte libra (A5)..

If the manual says 1.4 W/Kg then it will be 1.4 W/Kg for the maximum value.
