I bought a 1500 mAh battery on ebay months ago, because the stock one stopped working. I didn't noticed a big improvement, the battery life is quite the same, maybe a bit more, than the stock one, so i think it isn't worth the money unless you really need a new battery.

Factory battery is 1350mAh. A 1500mAh battery is only a 11.1% improvement, if you belive the rating.
