Unable to access recovery mode

hey... can u please help me..

i am unable to enter the recovery mode on my Xolo X900...

it just shows a the green android with a red bang... and the phone restarts...

tried factory reset, which didnt work...

tried to flash with Xolo ICS, didnt work...

please can u help me with this...
