Jr11 (JDQ39 / 4.2.2): MoDaCo Custom ROM for the Nexus 4

Don't need Swype any more, it's got it's own version built in which is just as good if not better IMO

You think it's better? I think it slows me down, not having my punctuation available on my letters, always having to tap the numbers and symbol key, and Swype seems to provide me with better predictive options, I like having the loop gesture for double letters, Google's kb reduces your options with the lack of the loop gesture, it's good but not quite there yet compared to Swype...

Perhaps you should bake a new ROM: my wifi is lightning fast.

Thanks, I think I'll do that since another thing is fixed too now :)

Sweet, can't wait to install it, hey Paul, quick query, how easy would it be to modify the Back Home Multitask buttons, specifically to have it like this:

Back | Home (Hold down for mtasking) | Menu

I've always thought it was silly to have a specific button JUST for mt, thoughts?

Probably possible I guess... in time i'd like to make the bar fully customisable via an app...

That would be epic! How would you go about changing the buttons at the bottom the way I suggested? Might have a stab at it myself if you can't be bothered :)

You need to either reverse engineer the SystemUI APK or edit the code in AOSP and compile.

Doh, that sounds terribly complex! Well I look forward to the possibility of your button modifying app :D

Damn, Paul, you are faster than Google's OTA :P

I just flashed the Jr2 (made a dirty flash over the stock JOP40C, hopefully it won't break anything)

I seem to find an error whenever I try to edit a contact in the contacts/people app.

Method. Open the app.

Select a contact

press the menu button to get a list of options.

Press edit.

Scroll down to events.

Either "add new" or click on the date of an existing one.

force close.

I'm not sure what options I choose in the kitchen, but here's my options.txt.

Fine here. Did you select T9 dialer?

Well, I do have a t9 dialer, which must have come from mcr. When I type 4-6-6-3 in the dialer I get the option of "home" as you would expect from t9...

The camera doesn't have photosphere. Is there a way to enable it?
