transparent notification area

Hi, i am running KonstaT jellybean, and i would like to have transparent notification area? Not statusbar, just the notification area.

Is this possible?

I really loved Konstas cm9 becausde it have transparent notification area

Use apex launcher and select hide status bar by this you can hide status bar,

Or use miui rom for transeperent notification bar where you can see notification but it's transparent
