SF constantly reboots

Hi

Ive got a fairly new (old stock!) SF that I have flashed using Swedish Snow RLS7 which has been working fine...no problems.

This week I turned the phone on and it gets as far as the Android boot screen (green robot, but NOT as far as the boot animation) and then reboots.

I *can* get in to Clockwork and have tried wiping all settings and reflashing the ROM. These processes all complete successfully, but the phone still does the same reboot cycle.

Any ideas what the problem might be here?
