Is anyone able to download this app on their phone and then save out the apk? I have a ZTE Blade, but for some reason the Play market won't let me download it.

That app isn't compatible with blade - only skate..

What ROM are you on? Most have the calibration app included -= either in the app drawer, or under "advanced" in the menu.
