I am planning to buy the spv from expansys because thats the only place where they ship to middle east[thats where i live] so orange network is not here and in expansys they r giving the phone with orange 200 connection which charges i think 30 pounds per month how i am going to pay if the network is not in my country???

I believe that you have to pay off the contract and then pay 20pounds(aus comp, no pound symbol) for the unlock code.
