Touchscreen cord almost ripped

Well, i badword around with my phone by disassembling it and i didnt separate the touch screen from digitizer and i now separated the 2 and i noticed the phone doesnt turn off i think because i have separated the two at first i almost ripped the card connecting the power on button with the phone and sometimes i had the ghost touchscreen issuse.

What can i do about it, can i glue it together somehow with hot air dryier or do i have to order a new touchscreen or something?
