G330 - Problem with SD Card

I'm a beginner to Smartphones and MoDaCo. I posted this last week in the G300 Forum but have not had any response.

Can someone please help.

Hi, I'm new to Smartphones.

I've installed a 16GB SD Card in my G300, but I cannot access it from my PC.

The PC recognises the phone, but not the SD Card.

If I go into Device manager, the Android Phone is there and if I go down to Disc Drives there are two entries, both ....

Linux File - CD Gadget USB Device

I'm assuming these are the Internal memory and the SD Card of the phone.

When I unplug the phone they disappear.

I'm probably missing something simple here.

Assuming it's like the G300, you probably need to turn on USB Mass Storage on the phone. Once plugged in you should see a USB symbol in the notification area at the top of the screen, swipe this downward and you should find the option.
