Guest arranhs Posted June 4, 2013 Report Share Posted June 4, 2013 no its dual sim and like all dual sim phones you have slot 1 which picks up gsm and slot 2 which picks up gsm and data , so if you only have one sim you use slot 2 which as both just like a normal phone, if like me you have a work sim that goes into slot 1 which just picks up calls and texts with no data. Great news man thank you.. I ordered mine on the 31st and I got an email today, just 4 days after I purchased, saying it has been shipped.. Checked my order status on Merimobile and it says shipped :) ... I've never rooted a device before,but i asked for root service, if i understood correctly i only need my sd card to install google play, but once the phone arrives i will take your advice and do all that :D ...with help I checked the Root service box as well when making my purchase and I also asked them to install gapps, and they basically said no problem. Any links for where purchased from please ? I found it at Androidmall.co.uk. Is it OK ?? am after Android 4+, big screen, half decent camera, WiFi, BT & GPS. Anything else is a bonus. Guest tillaz Posted June 4, 2013 Report Share Posted June 4, 2013 Given the speeds available on HSDPA does it really matter for now? that's exactly what i think about 4G at the moment... i'm on T-mobile on my nexus 4 and pay £5 a month for unlimited internet (no contract) i get full signal on H+ which gives me download speeds of around 900Kb/s to 1MB/s when they offer a deal like this on 4G i will be interested, but still would be put off by how much battery LTE uses ...
