Upgrade to ICS from MoDaCo Custom ROM Gr2

Im currently running the Modaco Custom Rom GR2 (brilliant work by the way) although am trying to install a newer rom which needs the updated baseband.

Ive been trying to reinstall a stock rom without sucess to be able to update.

Could someone give me an idiots guide as every stock rom ive tried just fails to update? Ive tried following the guide here but that doesnt seem to work for me.

Always worked for me, and I'm changing the ROM's once a week, and I'm only using this guide... Give it a go.

many thanks for that, im pretty sure that was what i was doing although its worked now so there must of been something i messed up.

I had a problem when rooting, and just uninstalled the drivers, installed them again and it worked afterwards.
