EAP-SIM possible for any 4.0 rom?

I have a Blade S brought from Free in France. I'm using Dazzozo's CM9 rom and I enjoy it very much. However, il seems that this rom has no EAP-SIM for Wifi configuration so that I cannont connect myself to Freewifi.

I know that several roms based on the original Free rom do have that function, but I really don't want to change my actual rom. Is this possible for me to get a patch or something else for the CM9 rom? I've searched on the web, but I have no solution.
