Like e.g. this one: http://www.pandawill.com/jiayu-g2s-smart-phone-android-41-mtk6577t-12ghz-1g-ram-40-inch-ips-qhd-screen-3g-gps-p71950.html (comes with jellybean 4.1) Pitty it's a MediaTek board (MTK6577) that won't probably get CM support to build roms from source (but one never knows :) ) Another device with great specs is the upcoming G4 (MTK6589). It was supposed to be available in the end of March. But there's a delay caused by Samsung not delivering 2GB RAM chips on time. Didn't they literally have raffles for the last one because they made so few of them? Plus, I'm sure there will be tons of S800 and S600 based phones out before the end of this year.
