Bug: Camera Removal / MMS

SYMPTOM:

Camera was attached to phone, phone was displaying the picture thumbnails screen (to place picture into MMS and take new pictures).

Had to go and do some work :D , so pressed Home and removed camera. Later, I recieved a text message. From the homescreen, I selected Inbox, and was brought back to the select picture screen. HOWEVER, I could not exit this screen, as pressing cancel (or trying to select another picture) brought up a "Camera Driver Communication Error". Pressing Home returned me to the home screen, but it was not possible to access the Inbox, as selecting it brought me back to the picture screen again.

RESOLUTION:

Hitting Back twice seems to cancel it.

I have also had this problem. Rang orange and no one seemed to know anything, so they passed a message to the data team. To date 46hrs and counting, no one has got back to me on this or the additional problem I raised at the time, though I eventually managed to get out of it like yourself. :?
