[QUESTION] how to modify a rom

i'm on t0mm13b rom.

is it possible to insert into this rom the mms.apk from lezo rom (with popup message when i receive a sms, etc.etc.etc.)?

and in micro7 (cm7 "light") too?

if yes, how can i insert the sms popup from lezo to micro7?

You will have to replace the MMS apk !

simply extract the app from ROM and put it in other using winrar-- drag the app select "store" compression normal -> ok. done

and reflash it. :) but i don't know if it works or not. u were asking for popup msg right !! then its not mms.apk its somethng other u should look correctly. :/

Ya, the problem is that in lezo there are "chocolate apps" (chocolatemms.apk, etc.etc.etc.) and there isn't mms.apk.

now i'm trying handcent sms, and i think it could solve the situation.

Handcent gives problem in sending sms ! So i prefer Go sms , its better and fast !

And what you where saying about that LEzo choclate mms , i tried it on a Cm7 nightly and it worked fine .. No pop ups !
