[cm9] Missed call and voicemail notification fixes

Happy new year to everyone!

Here you will find a flashable zip file that will fix the missed call and voicemail message notification leds. Note that this is a signed zip file. If the flash does not succeed try toggling the signature check in the recovery. To flash the file do the following:

- Copy the zip file to the SD card on the phone

- adb flash recovery

- Choose "flash from zip file"

- Select the zip file and flash it

The zip file will replace the lights library and the phone app on your device. If you like it please donate and say thanks.
