Is there a way or application you run songs during a call .. And the other can hear it with me ?

I don't know such app.But you can try following:

During a call,go tom homescreen by pressing home button and launch the terminal emulator and before proceeding,remember the location of your song(song name must not contain any space) and type in following commands:

su

stagefright -a -o /sdcard/path/to/track/

and enjoy your song... :P

Rather then these steps take a mp3 player or another cell and play songs on it ! :P
