Guest PaulOBrien Posted January 19, 2013 Report Posted January 19, 2013 The MoDaCo Forums application for Android is now available! This free application allows you to view the MoDaCo forums on your Android device. It is based upon the leading 'Tapatalk' forum software. Advertisments are automatically removed when logged in to a MoDaCo Ad Free or MoDaCo Plus account (see http://www.modaco.com/store for more details). Head on over to the Play Store to download! Click here to view the item
Guest hecatae Posted January 19, 2013 Report Posted January 19, 2013 Anyone else getting adverts after logging in
Guest Michealtbh Posted January 19, 2013 Report Posted January 19, 2013 Any advantage to using this over Tapatalk?
Guest razzmataz1478 Posted January 19, 2013 Report Posted January 19, 2013 Any advantage to using this over Tapatalk? Is free.

Guest PaulOBrien Posted January 19, 2013 Report Posted January 19, 2013 As mentioned above, this is free, Tapatalk isn't! Adverts shouldn't display for Ad-Free / Plus members, they will for others. P
Guest dave_a Posted January 19, 2013 Report Posted January 19, 2013 I am also getting ads after login even though I have ad-free
Guest mikeioannina Posted January 22, 2013 Report Posted January 22, 2013 I can't login because I created my account using facebook login. Can I convert my account to a normal one? Even on the website I can't login with my email & password
Guest bladebuddy Posted January 22, 2013 Report Posted January 22, 2013 This feels faster then tapatalk but also very similar. It would be nice if you could update you're profile within the app and if all links would show without having to use the main browser e.g donations to dev's.

Even on the website I can't login with my email & password You should have a Facebook username. Use that and your Facebook password. To sign in I use my twitter username and password but my forum screen name is different.
Guest unrandomsam Posted January 23, 2013 Report Posted January 23, 2013 Not interesting. (Buying Tapatalk or Board express is better value). Unless Tapatalk proper has ads now. Not much good Modaco content for most devices either. Sent from my Lumia 800 using Board Express
Guest The Soup Thief Posted January 23, 2013 Report Posted January 23, 2013 Better value than free? Boards express? What is this wizardry of which you speak?

Guest hecatae Posted January 23, 2013 Report Posted January 23, 2013 It does :) what does? Tapatalk Pro has no ads

Guest bladebuddy Posted January 23, 2013 Report Posted January 23, 2013 People have reported seeing ads in Tapatalk 2.4.10 I run that and I can personally say there are no adds in tapatalk paid version.
Guest unrandomsam Posted January 24, 2013 Report Posted January 24, 2013 Better value than free? Boards express? What is this wizardry of which you speak? It is the only choice to view tapatalk forums on Windows Phone 7 (Didn't realise it had the spam option enabled).
Guest Zarch1972 Posted February 1, 2013 Report Posted February 1, 2013 Better having the standalone app imho. If you have quite a few forums in your Tapatalk list in can be a pain come out of one and into the other. :(
Guest PaulOBrien Posted February 1, 2013 Report Posted February 1, 2013 No ads in Tapatalk, but it's a paid app so... P
Guest David Bate Posted February 4, 2013 Report Posted February 4, 2013 I get ads on my GalaxyNexus, but not my Nexus 7.
Guest unrandomsam Posted March 10, 2013 Report Posted March 10, 2013 It is the only choice to view tapatalk forums on Windows Phone 7 (Didn't realise it had the spam option enabled). Better option now for windows phone. "Forumtalk" Much better than board express.
