Help needed - phone keeps turning off and on

Hi guys

Could do with some help please. I have rooted my phone and installed various firmwares. Whichever one I install the phone turns itself off several times a day and back on. Anyone know what I can do to fix this. Even used the legit ics update

Are you over clocking ? and when the phone switches off does it restart or just stays switched off until you press the power button.

Are you sure that this isn't the "3G reboot" problem that several people experience? Does the problem go away if you manually or automatically switch to 2G when going into sleep/display off mode?
