Annoying Data Roaming Notification

Using CM 9 (ICS) and getting an annoying notification.

Is there a way to get rid of this notification?

I don't even use roaming because I don't call outside the country, and I've checked 2G just to save battery.

I also don't even use Data because I don't have Internet outside my house I only use Wi-Fi.

Just check both data roaming and national roaming

Jus turn on both roaming options without enabling data(first option).
