com.android.phone has stopped - Please help !

My phone acts very strange this time... often the process com.android.phone stops and lately it goes in "Aeroplane mode", but I cannot restore it from that mode. If I try to disable aeroplane mode, It shows me "Aeroplane mode is OFF", but nothing happens.

I tried everything I found on the internet, network reset... but I cannot fix that.

Any ideas? Btw... i run it's original Android, I did not updated to 4 (yet).

try a factory reset.
