What happens if I factory reset

I am dedox, unlocked mem card, rooted, xolo

What will happen will I loose all of this? Looking at putting on ebay possibly

Reset only resets data so it should only reset your personal data and apps. The SD card contents will still be there (unless you erase USB Storage too) and the deodexing, memory card, root, and Xolo ROM should also remain.

You can get it back to stock if you want
