By CM10.1 bugs you mean that phone calls are too loud? This is what is keeping me away from it now...

Can't you just press vol up/down while on a call (e.g. to voicemail) and then adjust the volume and the it works OK from there on (until a reboot maybe?)? that's what I did when I was using CM10.1 and it was fine.

By loud i meant noise. Even on lowest volume, i can't understand what people say to me, its like echo or something. Too much noise to understand. And i can't fix it

OK - never had that.

That noise has something to do with backside mic that`s supposed to supress

background noise while conversation.

I think I saw a fix somewhere (build.prop) or something flashable.

backlight doesn't work in CM10 either, I use a program called Lux (or Vito lux) which allows me to use camera as a light sensor.
