help me frozen screen racer ii

i root my phone successfull, install recovery menager and maybe i install uncategorized cwm version, after restart my phone is frozing on android logo, i cant open cwm and cant boot phone :( now what? :( how to install cwm with pc?

bump :(( guys, i install now cwm, but when i install some rom for zte and reboot phone, after android is company logo and phone will go restart. and again again :( bad eng :( ?????????????????????????
