Budget of £120,current best android phone?

Been looking at the ZTE III,but no sim unlock is putting me off a little,there anything else up to £120 that`s worth considering?

I've not gone down this route myself but at this price there is the option of importing a chinese phone you should get at least 6577 and HD screen for that price, maybe 6599 if you wait a while.
